👋 Hi everyone! I'm Ricky, Schedulr's founder. I'm a software engineer, entrepreneur, and founder who constantly finds himself needing to schedule meetings. A year ago I was searching for a new job, and had tons of meetings with recruiters, countless back-and-forth emails, and had to do the annoying calendar dance to find a good time to meet with employers. ⚡ This gave birth to the idea of Schedulr, a meeting scheduling tool that makes it super easy to meet with others without the headache of trying to coordinate times. Schedulr puts emphasis on ease-of-use by making it simple for both the person scheduling the meeting, as well as the person who is being scheduled with. Simply import your calendars from Google, Outlook, Office365 and iCloud, set what days and times you're available, and send your personalized scheduling link to anyone for them to grab a time with you. 🤝🏼We want to make scheduling a two-way street without the power dynamic that comes with sending a booking link, so we added personalized links such as getschedulr.com/john_smith/ricky and the ability for the person scheduling to overlay their own calendar to instantly find times that you're BOTH available, all without the need for the other person to sign up. That way poor John doesn't have to go check his calendar to see if his free time matches up with yours. 💡 Schedulr also lets you email your availability to anyone with just a click. You can choose some suggested times that you're free and send it along with the invite, or if none of those times work for him or her, they'll be able to come directly to your booking page to find one that works better. Schedulr is amazing, and Ricky has been making it even better every week! It’s the first calendar I’ve seen that lets people see how their own schedule fits into my possible meeting times. That is such a game changer that saves you a ton of rescheduled meetings once they realize the time they chose doesn’t actually work for them. This over Calendly any day!

I'm one of the first users and it's a great affordable alternative to calendly. Supports all the features I use but get me much more for my money. Like having multiple calendars in the free plan 🔥
