Chetan Nagaraja
Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I’m excited (and a bit nervous!) to finally share what I’ve been building as a solo founder for the past 4 months — Schedo, a smarter, cleaner, all-in-one booking platform built for modern service businesses 🚀 🧩 Why I built Schedo Like many solo professionals, I was constantly frustrated by how clunky scheduling tools had become. Clients ignored booking links. Email threads dragged on. And those “booking pages”? Just plain calendar URLs with zero personality. I wanted something that felt branded, flexible, and easy to use — both for me and my clients. But everything I tried was either too generic, too bloated, or just plain outdated. That’s when I started building Schedo — a clean, intuitive alternative focused on customization, simplicity, and conversion. 💡 What makes Schedo different Most scheduling tools just send a generic link. Schedo gives you a full, branded booking experience. Whether you’re a tutor, trainer, or small business owner—your services deserve more than a calendar URL. Schedo helps you showcase your offerings, personalize bookings, and build trust from the first click. The problem with current tools: Plain booking links give zero context about your services Lack of branded experience makes your business look generic No reminder automation? More no-shows and missed sessions Hard to track how many meetings were booked or who paid Weak calendar sync leads to double bookings and frustration Schedo offers various features: ✨ Custom-branded booking pages Look professional, not like a copy of every other calendar tool. ✨ Email verification before booking No more spam bookings—every client must verify their email before confirming a time. ✨ Built-in booking analytics See how many meetings were booked, types of services most requested, and track performance. ✨ Stripe integrations Accept payments during booking — no chasing invoices. 🛠️ From idea to launch Over the last 4 months, I’ve bootstrapped Schedo solo — designing, coding, testing, and iterating with early users. Originally, I had even built a full Email AI scheduling feature that could auto-book meetings based on inbox replies. While that’s currently on pause due to Google API limitations, it taught me a lot and helped validate how much people hate traditional booking flows. That validation gave me the confidence to double down on the core: clean booking pages, automated reminders, flexible meeting types, and analytics. 🧪 Who’s it for? Schedo is designed for: 📚 Tutors & coaches 🧑‍⚕️ Consultants & therapists 🐶 Pet care & wellness pros 🏡 Real estate & field services 📷 Creatives, agencies, and solopreneurs Basically — anyone who needs a seamless, customizable, no-fluff scheduling experience. I just launched it this week — and already seeing 100+ signups and our first paying users 🙌 You can check it out here → https://schedo.app Would love your feedback, questions, or suggestions. I’m building this with the community and excited to hear from you, Product Hunt fam! 💛 — Chetan (maker of Schedo)
Nicholas Anderson

This looks really sleek and useful especially the way it combines scheduling and payment processing. Is there any way to customize the booking page to reflect brand colors and logos?

Chetan Nagaraja

@nicholas_anderson0 Thank you Nicholas. Yes we can. there is a main navigation item which says cutomize booking page, where you can customize to include brand colors, theme and logos and also link your social media presence.

here is my booking page customised with Schedo:

Milton Fisher

Are users able to send automated follow up emails or feedback requests after an appointment has concluded?

Chetan Nagaraja
@milton_fisher we are working something on post feedback forms for the meetings and events that user creates. Do you have an example that you can share? Do you need the feedback form to be sent via an email or through application? But this is really something intuitive. Would like to discuss more about this.
Kshitij Mishra

This is called gold mate! real calendly killer

Chetan Nagaraja

@kshitij_mishra4 Thanks Kshitij. Really want to help businesses making use of Schedo's minimalistic features.

Amelia Smith

How does Schedo deal with no-shows or rescheduling?

Is there any automation for reminders, penalties, or prompts for rebooking?

Chetan Nagaraja
@amelia_smith19 that’s really nice feature and yes at Schedo we really want to provide reminders as part of core functionality as this is what is missing in most of the tools out there. Currently the user can cancel the appointments and get noticed and we are soon providing the feature of rescheduling from the dashboard itself. It’s a really cool feature. Thank you for your comment. Feel free to signup for a free Schedo account.
Shaw Brian

With so many booking tools available, the mix of scheduling, payments and simplicity really carves out a smart niche.

Chetan Nagaraja
@shaw_brian yes exactly. We want Schedo to solve the pain and problem a of what a business goes through in handling clients. Feel free to signup for an account and it’s free.
