Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Jelena, an independent maker, and I built ScanFix Pro.
Whenever I watched technical teams and HVAC contractors work, one thing drove me crazy: how much time gets lost to paper.
Technicians still rely on fading stickers on metal units, scribbled logs that nobody can read, or endless WhatsApp messages trying to figure out who serviced a machine six months ago and which part was swapped. When a system breaks down, piecing together its history takes longer than the actual repair.
I built ScanFix Pro as a solo developer to get rid of that friction:
QR passports for equipment: Stick a QR code on any machine. A quick phone scan brings up its entire repair history and specs right away—no apps to download, no sign-ups for the technician on-site.
Frictionless logs: Techs log fixes, part replacements, or inspections in seconds before leaving the job.

I wanted something clean, fast, and grounded in the messy reality of physical fieldwork rather than a bloated office dashboard.
