Hi PH 👋 I'm Amr. I built Save the Wedding with my son after watching a friend spend an entire evening rearranging a seating chart on sticky notes. Every day you get a wedding reception with a fresh set of problems: guests who won't sit near each other, couples who have to stay together, tables carrying more drama than they can hold. Drag one guest onto another to swap seats. Each swap costs a move and your budget is limited — so the real puzzle is finding the shortest path from chaos to calm. Three tiers go live daily: Rehearsal (about a minute), The Wedding, and The Grand Ballroom. Under the hood there's a solver that verifies every board is reachable in the stated par before it ships. Building that turned up something I didn't expect: par, constraint count and verified minimum are all useless at predicting how hard humans find a board. Boards that score identically on all three land anywhere from one in five players solving them to two in three. I still can't predict it. Free, no account, no ads. Curious which tier challenges you.
