What's great

SalonBoost has been a great solution for managing our salon operations and customer engagement in one place. It goes beyond just billing and appointment management — the lead management, WhatsApp retention automation, customer follow-ups, and marketing features are really useful for staying connected with customers and bringing them back. The ROAS tracking and marketing reports also give us a better understanding of which campaigns are actually generating results. Along with this, the billing, inventory, staff management, customer management, and reporting features make day-to-day operations much more organized. Overall, SalonBoost is a comprehensive salon management platform that helps not only with operations but also with customer retention and business growth

What needs improvement

Honestly, we haven't come across anything that needs major improvement so far. SalonBoost already offers a wide range of features and covers most of our salon management and marketing requirements. The platform is easy to use, and the regular support makes the overall experience smooth.

vs Alternatives

We considered a few other salon management solutions, but chose SalonBoost because it offers a complete combination of salon operations, lead management, WhatsApp retention, automation, and marketing analytics in one platform. Features like ROAS tracking, automated customer follow-ups, retention campaigns, billing, inventory, staff management, and detailed reports made it a better fit for our needs. Overall, SalonBoost felt more comprehensive and focused not just on managing daily operations, but also on customer retention and business growth.
