I got sick unexpectedly while traveling in Greece and I didn’t know how to deal with the paperwork to go into the Emergency room. I just called SafetyWing on Skype and they explained what I had to do. I felt so relieved to have signed up for this travel Insurance when I started my solo travel journey in Europe last year! I was welcomed, tested and given medicine in the hospital without paying a dime. I only had to provide my insurance ID. I strongly recommend Safetywing to Digital Nomads and to those traveling abroad for a long period of time. It’s the most affordable-high quality Travel insurance I’ve found

Useless, crashed two times after spending ages to fill the form. Customer service quick and nice but not very helpful - suggested that my browser crashed which Sorry, you just ran into an error on our website. was inconsistent with the message I got from safetywings: “Sorry, you just ran into an error on our website.”

I picked up a SafetyWing travel health insurance policy due to hearing good reviews from a travel vlogger on YouTube and never looked back! The prices are VERY reasonable, the policy was easily accessible, comprehensive, and readable, and the customer support was very prompt and helpful when I needed to extend my policy at the last minute. The website design is also so fun and reassuring! For my next trip, I definitely plan on using SafetyWing again!!

Great app. Very easy to navigate and understand, even for a first-timer to travel insurance like me. It took me less than 5 minutes to get the information I needed to get set up with the right travel insurance for my trip. The pricing is great, too.

I used Nomad Insurance for a short trip to Mexico. Very simple sign up process. Well worth the peace of mind! Will definitely use again.

They are just one more scam. You are paying yourself for everything and later they just tell you that they cannot approve your claim. Just avoid them at any cost

Review of Remote Health
They refused to pay for an urgent surgery directly to the hospital. Tried to claim it myself, at first by a special web-form, then by emails - not a single answer. Looks like scammers.

I've used SafetyWing for international trips. It's easy to use, clear communication and a super supportive team.

This company has really let me down with their recent changes. I used to be a happy customer, but now I'm just frustrated. They messed up transferring my money to the right bank account and didn't bother to keep me informed about approved claims. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they handle them that matters. I've been using their insurance for over a year, and somehow, they sent the money to the wrong account, even though my bank details hadn't changed for years. What's worse, they didn't even contact me about it. I had to reach out to their support, and that's when the confusion started. The issue was escalated multiple times and initially said they fixed the problem, approved my claims, and sent the payment on Friday, but now I'm hearing that it's not done. It's a total mess and it's taking months... This whole situation makes me wonder how much they care about their customers and whether they can actually fix the problems they've created. All of this just leaves me deeply disappointed and infuriated by their service.
