So far so good. Haven't actually had to use the insurance yet, but the process seems straight forward. I like how you can buy outside of your home country and pay monthly. It's great letting the insurance auto renew on credit and not having to a shell out all at once.

Useless, crashed two times after spending ages to fill the form. Customer service quick and nice but not very helpful - suggested that my browser crashed which Sorry, you just ran into an error on our website. was inconsistent with the message I got from safetywings: “Sorry, you just ran into an error on our website.”

Remote Health is a super cool insurance product for remote companies, it's been super annoying having to figure out how to get and pay for medical checkups outside my home country.

This company has really let me down with their recent changes. I used to be a happy customer, but now I'm just frustrated. They messed up transferring my money to the right bank account and didn't bother to keep me informed about approved claims. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they handle them that matters. I've been using their insurance for over a year, and somehow, they sent the money to the wrong account, even though my bank details hadn't changed for years. What's worse, they didn't even contact me about it. I had to reach out to their support, and that's when the confusion started. The issue was escalated multiple times and initially said they fixed the problem, approved my claims, and sent the payment on Friday, but now I'm hearing that it's not done. It's a total mess and it's taking months... This whole situation makes me wonder how much they care about their customers and whether they can actually fix the problems they've created. All of this just leaves me deeply disappointed and infuriated by their service.

I've used Safety Wings for travel insurance on a number of occasions, and I was surprised to discover how easy it was to sign up, extend the cover, and cancel when it's no longer needed. Great user experience and super helpful customer service!

They are just one more scam. You are paying yourself for everything and later they just tell you that they cannot approve your claim. Just avoid them at any cost

They refused to pay for an urgent surgery directly to the hospital. Tried to claim it myself, at first by a special web-form, then by emails - not a single answer. Looks like scammers.

I've used SafetyWing for international trips. It's easy to use, clear communication and a super supportive team.

Horrible at lrocess claims. Biased in their results. Inconsistent, refuse to escalate an important claim. Avoid at all costs, they will not be there to help you.
