This is the product that I wish I'd had available when I was looking for my first apartment and the deposit was quite high. Moving costs, lease breaks, and deposit help? Yeah, you're definitely filling a need in this market right now!

this is sick! i totally could have used this when i was fresh out of school and getting my first apartment. how does the application process work for individual tenants?

This is truly a great product and very timely with the amount of movement in work places right now. What a great way to save renters substantial money so they can use it as needed rather than on deposits and first/last months rent. Huge benefit! This could in theory help people make moves they might not have made due to being held back by all the costs associated with moving. I think this has huge potential.....so glad you came up with this product!
