I wish I could rate them ZERO. After they accepted the first transfer into my account, they restricted it. I was unable to access anything. I reached out to them and after waiting for hours I finally got on to someone via the online chat. I explained the situation and her response was ‘ (11:28:39 AM) Alicia O.: Your account is currently blocked and under review. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional details at this time but I have requested a status. Please allow one business day for your account review. We apologize for any inconvenience.’ I left it for over 6 weeks until I realised that my husband did a couple other transfers that he did not get back in his account and we are unable to locate the funds totaling $1000. I reached out again and let me tell you this has to be the worst customer service in life. This is the conversation; ‘ We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing now. Sable would like to verify the incoming direct deposits you have received into your Sable bank account which you were not listed as the receiver. Please provide PDF bank statements detailing joint bank account ownership with the listed receivers of the direct deposits. Sable currently does not support joint accounts, authorized users, or shared account access. In addition, please confirm your relationship with all parties. They were sent from my husband but the account is not joint (11:07:46 AM) Andell Aziz: Please advise the process to have the account closed off (11:09:09 AM) Angelie M: No worries, the account is for closure already. Based on your account activity, we’re no longer able to service your account. The decision was made after thoughtful consideration and is final.’ I had to laugh because at that point I couldn’t believe it. What account activity???!?! I was not able to EVER use the account. They accepted the initial transfer and then blocked the account. I consider it a loss but this is a warning to anybody ever considering opening an account with them.
They rejected my application and refuse to tell me why. The application literally only asks for your name, passport and phone, so I cannot understand what could possibly be wrong. Terrible experience.
