Ruty is an AI-powered project sidekick for people who know what they want to make but not where to start. You describe your project and Ruty generates the full plan: milestones, tasks, effort estimates, and clear guidance on what to do first. Then it adapts. Reject a task that doesn't feel right, and the plan adjusts. Finish a milestone, and Ruty recalibrates what's next. It's the loop that solo builders and first-time creators are missing: describe → plan → execute → adapt.

Hey everyone! I'm Raul, and I built Ruty because I kept getting stuck at the same point.
I'd get excited about a side project — my design studio, a tool, a creative idea — and then sit down to actually plan it and just... freeze. I knew what I wanted to build, but I had no idea what to do first. Every PM tool I tried assumed I already had a task list. I didn't. I had a vision and a lot of anxiety about not knowing the right steps.
I figured if I felt this way — someone who works in engineering — then creatives, solo founders, and first-time builders probably felt it even more.
So I built Ruty. You describe what you're working on, and it generates a real plan — milestones, tasks, priorities, the whole thing. And when something doesn't fit, you reject it, and the plan adapts.
The core idea is simple: you shouldn't need project management experience to manage your project.
This is an early beta and I'm actively building based on user feedback. I'd love for you to try it and tell me what works, what doesn't, and what's missing.
Thanks for checking it out 🙏

Hey y'all! wanted to drop an update since things have been moving fast.
First milestone worth sharing: 4 people other than me are now using Ruty. That's small, and intentionally so I'm treating each early user like a design partner, not a metric. Their feedback is directly deciding what gets built next.
The biggest thing I've learned from them: people love the core loop (describe → plan → execute → adapt) but they want Ruty to stay in touch between sessions. So I built a full email system a weekly digests with an AI-written summary of your week, milestone celebrations, and a gentle nudge if your project's been sitting idle.
I also built custom analytics (all in our own database, zero third-party tracking) and the full Stripe payment infrastructure. Everyone still gets unlimited access for free, the payment system is ready for when we introduce tiers, but I'm focused on getting the product right first.
This is still just me building in the open. If you've got feedback or want to try it, I'm all ears.
