Things you do roughly every week, or every two weeks, or whenever you get around to it. Not on a schedule. Just... 'around every week-ish'. Each task is a ring that slowly drains over time. When it's empty, you know it's been a while. Tap to reset. No notifications nagging you. No overdue guilt. You can do it whenever you want.
