Why I built a reminders app with no reminders

So all the reminders app i could find were expecting me to do my stuff on certain days: water your plants every saturday. That's not how my brain works. I do like to do it atleast once a week. But if i do it after 6 days thats fine too. Or if i do it after 9 days thats fine too.
Another issue i had was my contact lenses which are monthly. I dont change them every first of the month. That's just not what works for me. I do like to know: It's been 28 days, almost time to change them. But if i do it after 35 that's fine too. But other reminders app don't show you that. They'll notify you on the day u set, but after that you either have to setup 'daily reminders' or have a whole setup that is very customized.
The widget was a core feature for me too. I want to set up the app and then see on my homescreen what is coming soon (or currently due/overdue). Just to have it in the back of my mind as i go on about my day.
No notifications. No subscriptions.
With roundish i wanted to create a reminders app that was 'dumber'. It works for me. I hope this helps someone else too.
I'm also excited for a new feature im working on: roundish households. With this feature you'll be able to add people to your household and share dues. When someone in your household does something, they reset the ring and that gets synced to your phone.

Please let me know if you have any questions, issues or feedback. I'd love to make this work better for you which in turn will make it work better for me too. Any ideas for new templates? Any new core features that would work well?

Roundish - The reminders app that doesn't remind you

Most task apps assume everything has a hard deadline. Roundish is built for the things that don't: laundry, watering plants, calling family, changing sheets. Things you do roughly every week, or every two weeks, or whenever you get around to it. Not on a schedule. Just... 'around every week-ish'. Each task is a ring that slowly drains over time. When it's empty, you know it's been a while. Tap to reset. No notifications nagging you. No overdue guilt. You can do it whenever you want.
