Oh man, I love these kinds of products: taking something that already exists and is happening (people cancelling their hotel rooms/paying the cancellation fee/hotels not able to fill their rooms to max capacity etc.), and create a businessmodel on top of that. Looking for rooms in SF and NYC now :)

Looks very interesting, I am a bit surprised by the large amount of data it returns when you make searches though. Maybe it also selling normal rooms at a discount

I just booked a room. was $20 a night cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. sweeeeet!
