Rolestead helps you run your entire job search as one clear process — from finding the right roles to preparing for interviews and improving after each one. Save opportunities from anywhere, compare what actually fits, keep context for every application, analyze interviews, spot recurring weak points, and know what to work on next. Instead of more tabs, trackers, and generic advice, Rolestead helps you make better decisions at every step until you land the right offer.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Rolestead while going through my own job search.
What frustrated me wasn’t just finding vacancies — it was everything around them. Jobs were scattered across different platforms, interesting roles disappeared into bookmarks and open tabs, applications became hard to track, and after looking through enough listings they all started blending together.
I didn’t want to build another job board with yet another feed of vacancies.
Instead, Rolestead is meant to sit on top of the places you already search. You can save jobs directly from the web, bring them into one workspace, compare opportunities, track what you’ve applied to, and keep the whole search organized.
The bigger goal is to make job hunting feel less like managing an endless backlog and more like making a series of deliberate decisions about your next role.
This is the first public launch, so I’d especially love feedback from people who are actively job hunting:
What part of your current job-search process creates the most friction?
