Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Raphaël, the maker of RGAnalyzer. The idea comes from a very practical problem I faced in previous roles: I was asked to build sales reporting from CRM exports, Excel files and CSV files. The data was there, but turning it into something clear meant a lot of manual cleanup, formulas, charts and repeated work. At first, I built a small internal script to automate part of that process. Later, as a freelancer, I was contacted several times for similar needs: dashboards, reporting files, CRM exports, Excel-based analysis, or dashboards connected to tools like Dynamics. I realized that many small teams, freelancers and SMEs don’t necessarily need a full BI setup right away. They often just have a CSV or Excel export and need to understand it quickly. So I rebuilt the idea from scratch as RGAnalyzer. The goal is simple: upload a sales CSV/Excel file, confirm the detected columns if needed, and get a readable report with KPIs, charts, customer/product concentration, data quality checks and exports. For this launch, I added a live demo with 100% fictional data, so anyone can open a full report without creating an account, uploading a file or using any quota.
