It's perfect for adding a programmatic video playlist to your marketing site and landing pages. Our viewer insights are based on the IP address, cookies, and some additional device-level identifiers, so we can still identify viewers if they've declined cookies. Once there's a conversion event (lead capture, demo scheduled, free trial sign-up, etc.), we can append all of the previous viewer data to that contact record in your CRM / marketing automation platform. @abhishek1846 Solid question - rfrd (or "referred") came from where we first got started: capturing and incorporating customer testimonial, reference, and case study videos. As we grew and learned from our customers, we now help our customers analyze and programmatically display over a dozen video types across the entire customer journey. We might need to update our name now... Any suggestions?
