Most B2B SaaS ops teams find out their operations are broken at renewal time — when it's already too late. RevOps Health Scorecard is a free 5-minute diagnostic that scores your revenue operations across 6 weighted pillars: churn signal visibility, SLA discipline, process documentation, automation maturity, data health, and renewal motion. Built from 4 years of running revenue operations for North American enterprise accounts. No signup. No credit card. Takes 5 minutes.

Hello,
I'm Abhishek — I built this after 4 years of manually doing this analysis.
Every quarter I'd spend hours doing a health check across our book of business: where are the churn signals, where is the SLA discipline breaking down, what does the renewal motion look like. It was manual, inconsistent, and lived entirely in my head.
So I built the tool I wished existed.
A few things I learned while building the scoring model that might be useful:
1. The single highest-impact pillar is churn signal visibility — not because it's the hardest to fix, but because it's the one where early intervention has the most leverage. Teams that see churn coming 90 days out recover 60-80% of at-risk accounts. Teams that find out at renewal time recover almost none.
2. The teams with the worst GRR almost always have the same pattern — churn signal visibility AND renewal motion both scoring low. They look like separate problems but they share a root cause: no systematic process documentation underneath either.
3. Most ops teams are in the "At Risk" tier (41-60). Not broken, not healthy. Specific gaps causing measurable revenue leak. This is actually the best place to be because the fixes are clear and fast.
The AI narrative is generated by Groq (llama-3.3-70b) and personalised to your stage, ARR, team size, and GTM motion. It's not generic advice — it references your actual pillar scores and the pattern it sees.
Happy to answer any questions about the scoring model, the tech stack (Next.js + Supabase + Groq + Brevo), or the ops thinking behind it.
