A year ago, I was a developer at a small French startup with about a million users. Our Customer Success team was drowning in emails, struggling to focus on the really important stuff. I wanted to help Paulo, our Customer Success Manager, work smarter, not harder. But I couldn’t find an affordable tool that could analyze emails the way we needed. That’s how Reviewik came to life. I started with some custom neural networks, but quickly realized that ChatGPT could handle the job way better. Now, Reviewik is an affordable, secure, and super helpful assistant for Paulo — and hopefully for other mid-sized businesses too. I’ve put a lot into this project, but I know there’s always room for improvement. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what else you’d like to see in Reviewik. Congratulations on the launch, @roman_klimov! How does Reviewik differentiate between critical issues and non-urgent ones? Is there a way users can manually adjust the importance of certain topics or keywords to better fit their specific needs? Looking forward to trying this out!

@renchu_song Thanks! Reviewik uses chatGPT 4O to rate the severity of emails on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 indicates critical issues like bugs or payment problems. It's been showing pretty good results in tests. Manual adjustment for specific topics isn’t available yet. It’s a great idea, though, and something we're considering. Hope you enjoy trying it out!

Great concept! And I see a huge potential really. Like really. So, wishing the best for you! I understand that you are in your early stages and juggling with a thousand different tasks, but you might want to prioritize a few things on your landing page: - Add info about pricing. Even if it's free, make that very clear. - Your Help, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service page just links to homepage. You might to add pages for that. You at least need Privacy Policy and Terms of Service page. You can create one based on templates found online. All the best! 🚀

Congrats on launching this project @roman_klimov! I think the use case and solution in this case are somewhat proven. Companies need to at scale understand quickly what customers need/want. I like the set up because it's through email and honestly anyone can do this, so no need for technical integration. I'm curious how do you build a moat and differentiate yourself from a lot of other companies out there?

@tonyhanded I agree—it would’ve been helpful to include a comparative analysis with competitors. While there are giants like Zendesk and Idiomatic in the market, my goal was to create a simple, lightweight, and affordable tool that focuses on doing 1-2 things really well—specifically, separating emails by topics and prioritizing them.
