For example, what happens after a person has done everything on their end, besides waiting? - Yes, 100% we have thought about this scenario. After using our service a job seeker will have a very realistic expectation about the outcome of his/her job application. And based on that outcome, he/she should consider preparing for an interview. We already have a dedicated product line called "Dialogue" for this service. (2) How can one manage this process? One can manage the process several ways such as (a) updating his resume, (b) learning about the techniques recruiters, hiring managers use to review a resume, (c) determining the strategies based on location, and overall job market situation
