Resume Tracked is a private document tracker for job seekers managing multiple versions of their resume, cover letter, portfolio, or reference sheet. Upload your files, preview supported formats, and log the company, role, job link, notes, and timestamp whenever you send a document. You can quickly see exactly what you sent, where you sent it, and when. It supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, and Markdown files, with private storage, secure access, searchable send history, and JSON export/data controls.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m KM, I built Resume Tracked because I kept running into one annoying problem while applying for jobs.
I would send one resume for a software role, another version for IT support, another one for cybersecurity, maybe a slightly different cover letter for a specific company.
Then a few weeks later, I would get a callback and think:
“Wait… which version did I send them?”
That sounds small, but before an interview, it actually matters.
You want to know what they saw.
You want to prepare around the right projects, skills, and wording.
And you do not want to dig through random folders, downloads, emails, or renamed files like:
resume-final.pdf
resume-final-2.pdf
resume-new-updated.pdf
So I built Resume Tracked.
It is not a resume builder.
It is a simple private vault for the job documents you already use resumes, cover letters, portfolios, reference sheets, plus a history of where and when you sent them.
You can upload your documents, log the company and role, add the job link and notes, and later search back when an interview or follow-up comes in.
The whole idea is simple:
Track every resume you send, so future you is not confused.
I’ll keep improving the product based on real feedback. The goal is to make the whole flow fast enough that you can upload, log, and find the right resume without wasting time.
I’m also planning to launch a Chrome extension later, so job seekers can save the company, role, job link, and resume version directly while applying.
For launch, I’m offering Lifetime Pro for $29 one-time, limited to the first 100 users.
I would genuinely love feedback from anyone applying for jobs right now.
When you get an interview, how do you currently remember which resume or document version you sent?
Thanks for checking it out.
