I like pivot builder, month comparison and that it includes GCE and BigQuery optimization insights. It was the only easy way to see your spending before Google launched native reports. Today we still visit some saved custom reports for quick insights.

Maybe you can create alerts by labels...?

Pros:

Very helpful in understanding GCP cost trends

Cons:

Connecting ReOptimize to the machine name

Downloading reports is hard

Good idea but lacks any sort of cohesive documentation. UI is unintuitive and difficult to navigate. Some features require a bit of burn-in for stats to be collected but this is not indicated anywhere in the UI or documentation. With some polish, this could be a killer app for anyone using GCP. As it stands now, this is marginally more useful than the dashboard that comes with GCE.
