I grew tired of manually scrolling through property listings and analyzing them one by one, especially given how few listings actually turn out to be good investment opportunities. I built a system to automatically find and analyze listings each week, ranking them by cash flow, cash-on-cash return, and DSCR. This way, I have a steady stream of rental property investment opportunities to explore in a specific market.
I figured there are other small-time real estate investors who might need this. Hence, Rentalytics was born. We are starting with the Columbia, SC market. More to come.
