Hey Product Hunt! A few weeks ago, I had to render a longer Blender animation - and quickly got frustrated. Every render farm I tried was either clunky, overly complicated (I really didn't want to pick from 20+ GPU configs), or stuck behind expensive subscriptions. So I built RenderDay - a GPU-only render farm for Blender that's fast, simple, and pay-as-you-go. The goal: remove the friction. You just upload your `.blend` file, get a price, pay, and render. No complex signup, no subscriptions, no picking instance types. Pricing is based on daily spot GPU rates, and you only pay for what you use. Under the hood: * TypeScript backend running on AWS Lambda + API Gateway * Next.js frontend hosted on Vercel, designed mostly with Lovable * Custom GPU orchestration layer across multiple providers (including RunPod) * WebSocket-based real-time progress updates, with live preview frames * Custom `.blend` parser written in C++ to read render settings server-side, so you don't have to re-enter anything manually Currently supports Blender 4.3 and 4.4, Cycles and EEVEE - and scales across hundreds of NVIDIA L40S GPUs (48GB VRAM). What I'm most proud of: it doesn't try to be everything. It just gets out of your way and lets you render.
