Hi Luca, The idea is fantastic, but I have a couple of pieces of feedback for improvement: It would be helpful to have a brief introduction about the company offering the job (for example: a company that sells pet products, etc.). Another thing: it’s important to understand if there are any residency requirements for tax purposes, (such as needing to reside and have a work permit in Germany). One last thing: I recently signed up for Joinrs, a startup in the HR world, and I must say their platform impressed me with its organization. They even have an AI that summarizes the key points of the job. Beyond that, I found it top-notch, along with their customer service and amazing email marketing (I recommend checking it out because it’s worth it). Congratulations again! XoXo

@viviana_la_gaipa Thanks so much for your feedback, really appreciated! Usually, companies always include an intro about themselves in the job description, so hopefully they will keep doing so! We also have a dedicated "Remote Companies" section which we will try to keep expanding with new remote companies hiring digital nomads. When it comes to visa requirements, this is a bit tricky as the companies should always include any legal requirements in their application but definitely a good point in trying to ask companies as much transparency as possible about potential legal challenges. A lot of food for thought in your notes!

Hey Luca, Have you considered adding any features to help digital nomads navigate visa requirements or tax implications of working in different countries? That's often a pain point for location-independent workers. Do you vet the companies posting jobs to ensure they're truly nomad-friendly? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin That's actually a great call! In v1, we will focus on our core mission, which is offering 100% remote jobs to digital nomads and location-independent workers. But if the product is helpful to our customer base, it would actually be a great feature for a future iteration. Thanks so much for the tip! To answer your question, we do have in place mechanisms in place that allow us to recognise whether a job is 100% remote or not with a 95+% accuracy I would say. Of course, we will strive to improve our listings as we iterate to make sure we are true to our mission and help people find a 100% remote job and enjoy their fully-remote digital nomad lifestyle!
