Very interesting! Especially today, when I waited for a plumbing company for 3 hours just to come and take a look at the broken faucet. 🤣 They said they'll come back in 2-3 days to fix it. Maybe it'll be an interesting feature to have a public list of business' using Relay and what they are offering so that customers can choose the ones that obviously care about customer support and visibility. Can't wait for more traditional business to implement modern customer support solutions! Good luck!
