An AI Assistant can be brilliant at reasoning and still spend too much of that reasoning budget reading a shopping site. One request becomes tabs, screenshots, image tokens, another click and another screenshot. Faster browser infrastructure helps, but the commerce information is still trapped in a human interface. We built Relay to give AI Assistants structured choices across merchants and carry the selected option into a purchase or booking handoff. Relay is live today across retail, flights, restaurants and events. It is an infrastructure layer, not a claim that every transaction finishes inside Relay.
