Why did I create REELEVO? Because I saw the same scenario repeat itself over and over. The operator who's been on the milling machine for ten years is on leave. The replacement arrives, looks at the machine, and doesn't know where to begin. Someone calls the expert on their personal cell phone. The expert, from home, tries to explain in five minutes what took them a decade to learn. And the line, meanwhile, is down. It wasn't a problem specific to one company. It was the same problem everywhere. What struck me wasn't the absence itself—absences will always exist. What struck me was that no one had a backup. The knowledge resided in a person, and when that person was gone, it disappeared with them. I decided to build REELEVO to solve exactly that. The idea is simple: the expert operator can capture how they do their job—in short, step-by-step videos—and that knowledge is available to any substitute from day one, without prior training, without installing anything, simply by scanning the QR code affixed to the machine itself. REELEVO isn't a PDF manual that no one reads. It's the expert available the moment they're needed, even when they're not physically present. Today, it allows industrial companies to document their critical processes, distribute them via physical QR codes on each machine, and ensure that a substitute operator can start working from the very first minute with the same instructions the expert would use. Every step, every video, every notification to the supervisor—all accessible in seconds, without a username or password. The knowledge that once resided in one person's head now lives within the company.
