Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Shifa, a Product Designer, and this is one of my UI/UX explorations: Reddit UI Unpacked. I’ve always found Reddit interesting because there’s so much happening inside one product, communities, conversations, discovery, media, chat, notifications and personalisation all have to work together. For this project, I wanted to explore what that experience could feel like with a cleaner visual hierarchy and a more structured mobile experience. I worked through the experience from the ground up, including: • Login & signup • Account selection • Onboarding • Interests • Avatar selection • Home • Communities • Create • Chat • Inbox • Popular • Watch • Latest I wasn't trying to completely reinvent Reddit. The goal was to keep the personality and familiarity of the platform while exploring how the experience could be brought together more smoothly.
