Hey Product Hunt! I'm Nikola, the maker of RecapLoop, a tool designed to fix one of the most frustrating parts of work: unproductive meetings 🎯 If you've ever left a meeting thinking "Wait, what just happened?", or worse, "Why did we even have this?" You're not alone. Meetings are expensive, often lack follow-up, and rarely give real feedback. That’s where RecapLoop comes in. It helps you gather feedback, track meeting costs, and turn insights into action. Think of it like having your own post-meeting assistant that makes sure your team improves every time they meet. 💡 What makes RecapLoop different: 🗣️ Post-Meeting Feedback Get anonymous input from participants right after the meeting. 📊 Cost Tracker See how much each meeting really costs in time and money. 🧠 AI Analysis Get smart summaries and improvement suggestions. ✅ Accountability Loop Track follow-ups and ensure decisions actually turn into action. We believe great meetings shouldn’t be rare. RecapLoop makes it easy to learn, adapt, and improve, one loop at a time. Cheers, Nikola & the RecapLoop team 🔁💬

How can I understand the cost of the meeting? Does it count the hourly rate of each participant? Or what is the formula? (SUM OF PEOPLE ON THE MEETING & THEIR HOURLY RATE / TIME SPENT ON THAT MEETING)?

Nik Mil
@busmark_w_nika yes, after you sync your calendar, you’ll get the option to set an hourly rate for each member. The calculation is simple, based on the hourly rate and time spent in the meeting, we can estimate the costs, predictions etc…
Nik Mil
@busmark_w_nika to be honest no, but sounds like interesting idea, we can consider 👀

Love the focus on action, not just feedback. Quick thought: have you considered nudging teams with quick "pulse checks" mid-meeting too? Could catch issues before the clock runs out.
