Most CRMs are built for companies. Recalla is built for humans and your memories. It's a private memory log for the people in your life — log what someone told you, set a reminder to follow up, get an AI brief before you meet them again. What makes it different: nothing leaves your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking. If you delete the app, your data is gone — because it was only ever on your phone. Free for 20 contacts. Pro ($2.99) for unlimited. Optional AI add-on $0.99/month.

Hey everyone 👋 I'm the solo developer behind Recalla.
The idea came from an embarrassing moment. I bumped into someone I'd had a real conversation with a few months earlier — and I remembered almost nothing. Not what they were working on, not what was worrying them, not even their partner's name. They clearly remembered me. I felt awful.
I looked for an app to fix this. Everything I found was either a corporate CRM (overkill and creepy), or a note-taking app with no structure. Nothing felt right for personal relationships.
So I built Recalla. Memories are organised into threads — Family, Work, Plans, Interests — so you see someone's whole story at a glance. You get birthday reminders and a home screen widget so you never miss one. Before a meeting, an AI Quick Brief pulls up what you need to remember. And you can log a memory by voice in 10 seconds after a call.
The rule I set from day one: nothing leaves your phone. No account, no cloud, no way for me to see your data even if I wanted to. Your contacts are not a product.
Would love to hear if this resonates — and what you'd want to remember about the people in your life.
