Congrats on the launch!
Initially, I was unclear about the core value, but I'm glad you included detailed information in the comments, which clarified things. Thinking more about this, I can definitely see a lot of use-cases where this can be handy. Certainly, a unique way of handling data and turning directly into pdfs. This must be an interesting engineering challenge to build. Great work!
Congrats team! I still need to run more tests, but my first impression is very positive: the tool addresses a real pain point I can relate to, has an attractive and thoughtful design, and delivers solid results so far. Well done!
@borja_diazroig Thanks Borja! Looking forward to your launch as well!

This makes a ton of sense. We have a lot of marketing material but it’s difficult to make custom PDFs quickly.
I’m writing to you from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
I truly appreciate your application; it has greatly helped me finalize my academic work.
I would like to know if it’s possible to do affiliation, since here in Kinshasa technology is still limited when it comes to getting a customized PDF format. Most of the time, one has to go to a cybercafé and pay for it.
Hey Product Hunt! I’m Jake, co-founder of ReadyBase. 👋
[50% of first month with code PH50]
We built ReadyBase because we saw intelligence stalling in the last mile. AI outputs aren’t being optimized to share with others.
That’s why most of us don’t feel comfortable copy/pasting from ChatGPT and hitting send. . . We wanted to give people the ability to level-up their AI outputs into deliverables they’re actually proud to share.
ReadyBase lets users create clean, digestible PDFs that are ready to share in seconds.
What ReadyBase does
Provide the ReadyBase agent with your raw intelligence sources (text, images, files), and our AI assembles a finished, on-brand PDF in seconds. Your brand. Your style. You have total control.
How it works
📝 Ingests messy inputs like notes, research, screenshots, and data
🧩 Understands structure and lays out sections, charts, and images
🎨 Applies your brand: typography, logo, spacing, and color palette
📄 Exports a crisp PDF or a set of screenshots you can ship immediately
Who it is for
Anyone who wants to quickly level-up raw intelligence inputs into deliverables they’re proud to share.
We’ve seen so many use cases! Some popular ones include sales one-pagers, research briefs, exec updates, client docs.
We’d love your feedback. Drop your use case in the comments and we’ll build one live on launch day. Thanks for the support and the votes!

Any plans to export to word docs in the future?
