Love how ReadyBase stitches notes, images, and data into a readable layout without manual work. The brand styling is a big win for consistency across client decks and internal briefs. It feels like the missing link between messy AI drafts and something you’d feel proud to send.
Suggestion: ship team templates + version history (who changed what) and an approval workflow so shared outputs stay audit-ready for client or executive reviews.
I am a marketer and build many decks and solutions one pagers frequently. This tool is so helpful in that it has so many brand guidelines you can choose from to be built into the output. I also find editing it live so much easier than working in microsoft word and constantly resaving version after version of PDF. highly recommend!
ReadyBase is unique and page-perfect every time, which makes it stand out from other PDF generators. Workflow is well-designed and has tons of features so you can add brand identity, style guidelines, etc. A great product.
