Read & Log: Digital reading logs with AI for families and classrooms

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m the developer of this app. Toward the end of my daughter’s third grade year, her reading level dropped — and the paper reading log wasn’t helping us build a real habit. I started building Read & Log for her on June 1 2026, and she’s been logging through the summer while I keep improving it based on how we actually use it. What it does: • Quick daily reading logs (book, pages, date, time) • Parent → child accounts, share with teachers by email • Optional Read Aloud transcription for fluency practice • Streaks, monthly summaries, and PDF reports • Games, spelling word lists, and classroom challenges Available now on web + Android. iPhone is in App Store review.
