Congrats on the launch, @kevin @rminla @shanmuga_priyan. A couple of quick questions... 1. Are the emails sent from my own domain or another default address? 2. If it's my domain, can I set or randomize aliases to reduce the risk of spam flags? 3. Is it possible to run an evergreen campaign where I keep adding new rows to the spreadsheet and the sequence continues for new leads automatically? Would love to hear how you've handled these!

@kevin @shanmuga_priyan @ashitvora 1. The email is sent from your mailbox. Connect Reach to your Office365/GSuite/Gmail account and it will use APIs to send on your behalf 2. You can create multiple users on the My Team page (one for each mailbox) 3. A variation of this feature (ability to add users to an existing campaign) is on the roadmap and will be live within the next week or so. It wouldn't continue to look at your sheet, but you will have the ability to just highlight a new set of rows and add them to your existing campaign

@po_larr Thanks Karissa! In recent years, open rates have become a less meaningful metric. Most email clients either a) explicitly block tracking pixels by default or b) automatically open emails as you scroll through your mailbox. Instead, Reach focuses on what we call "engagement rate". This is the percentage of explicit actions (whether a reply or a click) resulting from an email message. During our private beta, many clients saw significant (3x-10x) increases in response rates. Reach improves deliverability by acting like a human sender, not a bot. Each email is unique and sending is throttled and randomized. Look out for more deliverability features in our upcoming releases!
