Rankode allows employers to test the skills of their programmers quickly, easily, and fairly. It's like hiring a person for a job interview, except instead of focusing on what they can do for you, it focuses on what they can do for you if you hire them.
I think this has the potential to help recruiters, at this point too much decent talent eludes recruiters through lack of time to check their code/GitHub. This tool has the potential to change that, give candidates a chance, and relieve the burden on technical people to check candidates' GitHub.
