Ranflo brings leads, clients, jobs, income/expense tracking, and business record-keeping into one connected workspace for freelancers and service businesses. Capture leads through a form, move them through a pipeline, convert to a job, and track it start to finish. Clients get their own portal to check status, message you, and leave reviews, no account needed, just a link. Free to start, built solo.

Hi everyone, I’m Mark! The the indie dev behind Ranflo. This is my first time building and launching anything like this, so I’m a little nervous and very open to feedback.
Most freelancers and small service businesses run on chat apps, notebooks, and spreadsheets. It works until a lead gets buried or you can’t remember what was agreed on a job.
Ranflo puts it all in one workspace.
Shareable lead capture forms, with a ready-made default or a custom one you build with drag and drop. Share them by link or QR code, and every submission lands in your pipeline
A sales pipeline to track every inquiry from first message to converted client
Client management and job tracking, with status, notes, attachments, and deadlines
A client portal where your clients can check job status, message you, and leave a review without creating an account
Income and expense records with multi-currency support
Custom boards for anything else you need to track
Team records for your employees
The part I’m most proud of is the client portal. Your clients just open a link, and that’s it.
A few honest notes.
It’s early. There are some small bugs, but nothing that breaks the program or your data.
The bookkeeping is for your own record keeping, not a replacement for an accountant or official tax filings.
There’s a free plan to start, and you can try everything in Pro with our built-in 14-day trial.
You can cancel your subscription anytime, and there’s no payment lock-in.
I’d love to know how you currently keep track of your leads and jobs, and what you’d expect Ranflo to do that it doesn’t yet. Blunt feedback is welcome, and I’ll be here all day replying to every comment.
Thanks for taking a look!
