Ralify is a leadership tool for founders and fast-paced teams that don't want to hassle with creating and managing tasks. Unlike other task-based PM systems, we introduce a proven goal-driven process to save time, boost productivity and increase team morale.
Hey founders, hey devs, hey community!
I'm enormously excited to ship that product today. It's been a journey of many months and also a project I promised myself to do after my daughter was born.
It's a bootstrapped, 0 budget solo dev project, but I couldn't pull it off without my team that joined recently. 🙏
I really want to make things better for all of us, I'm done with the suffering after a decade in software engineering and really want to give you something that you could enjoy using. For engineers but also for founders, CEOs, product owners.
Several desires inspired the project:
✅ We want to be in sync with my team without the need for endless planning meetings
✅ We want to have a clear vision on what everyone is doing, without having to look into the tasks
✅ We want to see the progress without the need to hire someone to clean up the backlog and manage the sprints
✅ We want to move fast without the process holding us back
There are sooo many more things in my mind that we will do, and you can be part of the journey!
This is really just the start!
Go ahead, try it out, give us feedback, and I apologise ahead if something is not working, just message me any time!

It's kind of neat that you can give it a project or mock up, and it can create goals, instead of tasks for the team. The leaderboard is also an interesting concept.
I'm curious how does AI estimate the points? What if it's not accurate and people did more work than the points worth? I think that's the age old question about point estimation.
Congrats on the launch @bogdanchayka and team!
@tonyhanded glad to hear you find it interesting so far! The AI is giving point estimates based on difficulty, not time. It could happen that a difficult looking task was easy in the end, it won't matter though since points are for collecting and moving your team members to self assign. More points = more rewards in future. Accuracy doesn't matter much in this case ;)
@bogdanchayka@tonyhanded Thanks for you feedback. There is always good to have something to collect along the way to your goal ) I believe that is the idea for points )
Looks like an interesting tool. Have you thought about how the OKR framework can be built within this tool so that leaders in growth stage organizations can also find it useful?
@william_jin hey, thank you! In ralify you can't create tasks without creating a goal first, this is a significant shift, also each goal has requirements that need to be fulfilled. Other tools usually have goals, but it's only for metrics purposes where you group tasks that are existing. We do it the complete other way around
Kudos to your onboarding! That was super easy to sign up and create my first goal. Pretty familiar layout from there so I felt comfortable using it. Thank you so much for creating this!
@suryaankata such tools as you mention are not really for collaboration, but for reporting only, ralify is implementing the goal-driven software development process

Thank you so much for your feedback!!! 🙌🏻
And look forward to launching your product.
I am convinced that 🤩 JobAutopilot.com 🤩 will receive a lot of support and recognition.
We look forward to seeing you :)
