I started building it after using a free deck-sharing tool to send my deck to investors. It worked — but it felt clunky, and it didn't do what I actually wanted. I could see a view came in, but not who was serious, whether the deck got forwarded inside the fund, or what to do next.
That's the pattern I kept hitting across these tools: they tell you that someone looked — not who to follow up with today. And the rest of the fundraising stack is held together with tape: a tracker, a spreadsheet CRM, a separate updates tool, a Drive folder pretending to be a data room.
