Hi everyone! 👋 Favio here, maker of Qve.
What inspired me to build this? I kept seeing the exact same painful pattern: agencies, consultancies, and small businesses trying to manage complex operations—like project profitability, petty cash, and local tax compliance (such as 'detracciones' in Peru)—using fragile, chaotic Excel spreadsheets.
What problem was I trying to solve?
The "end-of-the-month panic". Managers and founders were guessing their numbers instead of making data-driven decisions because their financial data was scattered everywhere. They needed 6 financial fronts in 1 single backoffice, without the headache and high costs of a traditional ERP. Qve is that missing block that gives them 360° visibility.
How did the process evolve?
We didn't just build this in the dark. We initially launched a lightweight MVP under a different name to validate the core problem, and it successfully helped over 500 users take control of their finances. All that real-world feedback drove us to evolve the product into what Qve is today: a highly scalable, secure, multi-tenant platform built on modern tech (Next.js, PostgreSQL) that automates the heavy lifting.
I’m super excited to finally share this with the community! I'll be here all day answering your questions and would love to hear your feedback. What's the biggest headache you currently have with your financial backoffice? 👇
