QuoteGlide is a lightweight quote workflow for trades and small service businesses. Turn rough job notes into a professional quote with AI, send it as a branded, secure page, and see when your customer opens it. Customers can accept, decline, ask a question, or request a change without creating an account. If they stay quiet, QuoteGlide sends polite reminders on days 3, 7, and 14, then stops the moment they respond. No spreadsheets, awkward chasing, or heavyweight CRM.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Gerardo, the maker behind QuoteGlide.
I’m a mechanic by trade, so I know what it is like to spend the day doing the actual work and leave the admin until later. You send a quote, get pulled into the next job, and following up either gets forgotten or starts to feel awkward. A good opportunity can go cold simply because nobody had time to chase it.
I built QuoteGlide to solve that one problem well, without asking small service businesses to adopt a complicated CRM.
You can build a quote in the editor, start from a template, upload an existing PDF, or describe the job in rough notes and let the AI assistant draft it. Your customer receives a secure, branded quote page where they can accept, decline, ask a question, or request a change without creating an account.
You can see when they open the quote, and if they stay quiet, QuoteGlide sends polite follow-ups automatically. Every reminder stops as soon as they respond.
QuoteGlide is now live with a free plan, no credit card required, plus 14-day trials on paid plans.
This is my first Product Hunt launch, and I would genuinely value your feedback. If your business sends quotes, what normally happens after you hit send? What would make QuoteGlide useful enough to become part of your workflow?
Thanks for taking a look. I’ll be here throughout the launch to answer questions.

Tradespeople rarely lose jobs from the quote "follow up". They lose them because estimatng the scope takes too long upfront. When pricing a job takes forty minutes, auto chasing the email only solves the symptom ) How do you cut the drafting time

@konstantin_tikhaev That’s a fair point, and it’s exactly why QuoteGlide also focuses on the drafting stage, not only follow-ups.
A tradesperson can describe the job in plain language, and the AI assistant creates the client, services, pricing and complete quote in under a minute, ready to review and send.
The follow-ups are really the second half: create the quote faster upfront, then make sure it doesn’t go cold afterward.
I probably need to make that part of the product much clearer. Thanks for pointing it out!

@gerardotencio Turning a quick description into a priced quote changes the whole value. If it handles the material and labor costs accuratly, lead with the drafting speed instead of the "chasing" )
