A multi-language toggle would be huge for our global clients - we get tickets in Spanish, French and German daily and right now we still need to translate everything manually before adding it to the knowledge base. Native support out of the box would be a real time saver.
A multi-language toggle would be a really useful addition since our support tickets often come in three different languages and switching contexts slows down resolution. Solid platform otherwise, the knowledge base integration is refreshingly painless compared to competitors we tried last quarter.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in way to flag questions the bot couldn't answer confidently so they get routed to a human and added back into the knowledge base. That feedback loop would seriously cut down on repeat escalations and help the AI actually get smarter over time.
