👋 Hello Product Hunt!
I’m thrilled to introduce Quill, a platform designed to make mobile development workflows seamless.
What is Quill?
Quill helps mobile dev teams, PMs, and QA teams simplify how they review and test mobile apps by providing:
- Instant Mobile Previews: Turn every Pull Request into a live, interactive preview of your app on a web emulator. No downloads. No hassle.
- Screenshot & Feedback Tools: Capture and annotate screenshots to share feedback instantly – all from the same platform.
- Network Logs for Debugging: Developers can inspect logs live to troubleshoot issues faster.
- No-Code Test Creation: Create UI tests effortlessly by clicking through your app.
- Automated UI Testing for PRs: Run UI tests on every PR to catch bugs before they hit production.
Why did we build Quill?
Mobile app teams often struggle with inefficiencies:
- Downloading APKs to test new changes.
- Manually sharing feedback across multiple tools.
- Lack of visibility for PMs and leads.
We built Quill to fix this and make collaboration smoother for everyone involved.
Who is it for?
- Product Managers and Team Leads: Review builds and leave actionable feedback without needing a dev environment.
- Developers: Debug faster and focus on coding with live network logs and instant previews.
- QA Teams: Run no-code and automated tests easily for every build.
How it works:
1. Add Quill’s GitHub Action to your workflow file.
2. Start collaborating on previews, debugging logs, and tests for every Pull Request.
What’s next?
- Slack and JIRA integrations so you can track part of a conversation as an issue / bug
- Adding support for GitLab and Bitbucket.
- Supporting multiple devices and screen sizes
We’d love your feedback, questions, or support – upvotes, comments, and reviews mean the world to us! 💛
