Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Ben, the maker of Quiet Bloom.
I built this app for new mothers who struggle in silence ā feeling like they should be grateful and happy, but are also sometimes drowning in exhaustion, guilt, and isolation.
My fiancee had a difficult pregnancy, and was understandably concerned and unsure about a lot when our daughter was first born. Whilst I gave her every bit of support I could, this app was built with her in mind, to give her another safe space to voice any concerns, get some reassurance, or just have a place to vent when she's struggling.
Most wellness apps aren't designed for new mums. They require typing (try that while breastfeeding), quiet focus time (laughable), or completing streaks (just another thing to fail at).
So I built something different.
Quiet Bloom lets you speak for 60 seconds ā that's it. Talk about whatever's on your mind, and get a gentle reflection back. Not advice. Not solutions. Just: "I hear you. What you're feeling is valid."
A few things I'm proud of:
⨠**Guided Reflection Mode** ā Three gentle prompts for mums who don't know where to start. The AI synthesises everything into one cohesive reflection.
⨠**Gentle Themes** ā Choose "Guilt" or "Sleep" or "Loneliness" as your focus for the week, and reflections adapt accordingly.
⨠**No dark patterns** ā No streaks, no guilt, no "you're falling behind!" This is a safe space, not another thing to fail at.
I'd genuinely love feedback, especially from:
- New parents who understand the chaos
- Anyone who's tried journaling but couldn't stick with it
- People who think AI can be gentle, not just efficient
What's missing? What would make this more useful? I'm here and listening.
Thank you for checking out Quiet Bloom š
