Hello Product Hunt! 🙌 I’m a solo maker who built Quickevent in 10 days to scratch my own itch. As a creator, I wanted a super-simple way to sell a live Zoom call or a file download without forcing my audience to create accounts or jump through hoops. Existing solutions felt too heavy or introduced needless friction, so I decided to build a minimalist, Stripe-native tool to solve this. Quickevent is essentially a one-page checkout for your content. Here’s what it does: - One-step purchase flow: You create a page with your event link (Zoom, etc.) or file. Buyers just hit “Buy” and pay via Stripe – no login or signup required for them. - Instant content delivery: After payment, the buyer immediately gets the Zoom link or file download. They’ll also receive a confirmation email with the access link (so they don’t need an account to retrieve it later). - Stripe-native integration: Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. (No middleman – Quickevent doesn’t handle your money, Stripe does.) - Frictionless by design: No user dashboards or social features – just a clean page for your offering and a Stripe checkout. This keeps things ultra-simple for you and your audience. Why I built it: I love the idea of reducing barriers between creators and their supporters. Whether you’re an educator charging for a one-time workshop or a maker selling an e-book or resource, you shouldn’t lose interested buyers to clunky signup flows. Quickevent was my weekend project (which kind of turned into a 10-day sprint!) to enable “just pay and get it” functionality. It’s certainly minimalist – maybe even too simple – but that’s by design for v1. I’m humbly excited to launch this and learn from you all. 🙏 As a solo indie hacker, shipping fast and iterating is my approach, and I know there’s plenty of room to improve Quickevent. I’d love your feedback on what features or improvements you’d want to see. (For example, coupon codes? analytics? – let me know!) If you have questions, ask away – I’m here and happy to chat. Thank you for reading and checking out Quickevent. Your support and insights mean a lot. I hope this little tool can help some of you monetize your content more easily. Feel free to try it out or just tell me what you think! 🙌 – Haris, Solo Maker of Quickevent
