It looks like a really clean solution for restaurants that need to cut down on reprinting costs. One thing that would be great to see is an offline mode for customers, so the menu still loads even when the restaurant's wifi is acting up. That tends to happen a lot and could really save the experience for guests.
@leon_strathmore Thanks for the great feedback! 🙌 That's a really good point. Reliable access is super important for the customer experience, especially in restaurants where Wi-Fi can sometimes be unstable. An offline mode is definitely something we can explore for future updates. Thanks for the suggestion! 🚀
Been using a similar setup at our café and one thing that would really help is letting customers flag allergens or special dietary needs right when they view a menu, with the note going straight to the kitchen ticket. That kind of filter before ordering would save staff a lot of back-and-forth and make guests feel looked after, especially in a multilingual setting like yours.
@sawyer_kuang Thanks a lot for the thoughtful feedback! 🙌 I really like the idea of letting customers flag allergens and dietary preferences directly from the menu. It would definitely make the ordering experience smoother for both customers and restaurant staff, especially with multilingual menus. I’ll keep this in mind as we continue improving Qresto! 🚀
love that you baked in full Arabic and French support from the start, that localization choice just feels really thoughtful for the market you're targeting.
@cristianoronald Thank you so much! 🙌 Supporting Arabic and French from the start was really important to us. We wanted Qresto to feel natural and accessible for both restaurants and their customers, especially in our local market. Really appreciate you noticing that!
Really exciting to see QResto launch! QR menus for restaurants, updated in real time feels like a thoughtful approach. Congratulations, and best of luck today! 🚀
