It looks like a really clean solution for restaurants that need to cut down on reprinting costs. One thing that would be great to see is an offline mode for customers, so the menu still loads even when the restaurant's wifi is acting up. That tends to happen a lot and could really save the experience for guests.

Reliable access is super important for the customer experience, especially in restaurants where Wi-Fi can sometimes be unstable. Been using a similar setup at our café and one thing that would really help is letting customers flag allergens or special dietary needs right when they view a menu, with the note going straight to the kitchen ticket. That kind of filter before ordering would save staff a lot of back-and-forth and make guests feel looked after, especially in a multilingual setting like yours.
