Qotify was born from a very simple frustration: collecting and understanding user feedback is usually scattered, noisy, and hard to act on. We wanted a way to turn raw feedback into clear, prioritized insights—without complex setups or endless dashboards. While building Qotify, we focused obsessively on simplicity: plug it in, start collecting feedback, and immediately see what really matters to your users. Along the way, we cut features that added complexity and doubled down on clarity, speed, and actionable results. We’re excited to finally share it with you and would love to hear your thoughts, questions, or ideas for improvement. Thanks for checking it out! https://qotify.app https://my.qotify.app

Hi,

Saw Qotify and took a careful look at the site.

The idea of an AI-driven full quote workflow is strong, from competitive pricing research to professional formatting and sending from your domain. It’s obvious you’ve thought about the pains of manual quoting and made that process significantly faster.

One gap the current page leaves open is a clear link to commercial outcomes: what measurable impact does Qotify deliver? Right now a visitor sees feature benefits (“quick quotes”, “AI-generated content”), but not yet why this increases revenue or close rates versus the status quo. If you can tighten the narrative around concrete results and target the core user segments more precisely, you’ll see stronger conversion from the traffic you’re already attracting.

Happy to take a closer look and help refine the messaging and landing copy so it drives engagement and paid sign-ups more consistently.

Best,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Appreciate the detailed feedback—you're spot on about the gap.

We've focused heavily on explaining the "what" (AI-generated proposals, price research, domain sending) but haven't closed the loop on the "why it matters commercially."

Adding concrete metrics like close rate improvements or time-to-revenue would definitely strengthen the value proposition. It's something we're actively working on as we gather more user data.

Thanks for taking the time to look carefully at the product. Feedback like this helps us prioritize what to improve next.

Best, Carlos

@qotify Thanks, Carlos. Appreciate the thoughtful reply.

That makes a lot of sense, and you’re right: once products like Qotify get the mechanics right, the real leverage comes from clearly framing why those mechanics drive revenue, especially for founders thinking in terms of close rate, deal velocity, and time-to-revenue.

What I often see working well at this stage (even before you have full benchmarks) is tightening the narrative around:

  • what changes in the sales workflow once Qotify is in place

  • where revenue leakage or delays are reduced

  • how that translates into faster deals or fewer stalled opportunities

Some teams start with directional claims or proxy signals (before/after scenarios, workflow deltas), then layer in hard metrics as data matures, it already makes the value feel much more concrete to buyers.

If at some point you want a structured pass on the landing to align the messaging with those commercial outcomes, I’m happy to take a closer look.

Best of luck as you refine this
