How do the AI project managers actually handle conflict when two agents assign overlapping tasks to the same person at the same time?
@farukjrewGood question — worth clarifying how this actually works under the hood. Each room runs one configurable agent, and within that room, conflicts are handled automatically since the agent has full visibility into everything happening there — it won't double-assign the same person within a single room, and a room itself can handle multiple meetings over time without losing that context.
Where it gets more interesting is across rooms: you can sync a sprint board across two rooms, so the same set of tasks is known to both agents even though they sit in different rooms with different contexts. That shared visibility is what lets conflicts get sorted out even when two separate agents, in two separate rooms, would otherwise assign overlapping work to the same person.
It'd be interesting to push this even further and make cross-room context even more tightly connected — if you have a specific case in mind where this kind of conflict shows up for you, we'd love to hear it and explore it together.

So instead of a one-off summary, you get a persistent teammate that spins up sprint boards, assigns tasks, and follows up on its own, whether the meeting was a quick sync or a full in-person session. Every room also has its own Command Center — you literally type or speak what you want done, and it shows a quick-start list like scheduling meetings, drafting emails, starting sprints, or reviewing tasks, but that's really just the tip of what it can actually handle.
