Hey Product Hunt! I built Puzzly because playing an online jigsaw puzzle with someone else was way harder than it should be. Most sites I tried were either single-player, full of ads, or made you create an account before you could do anything. I wanted the flow to be almost stupidly simple: 1. Pick any photo 2. Turn it into a puzzle 3. Send someone one link 4. Start solving together That's Puzzly. You can see each other's cursors, grabs, reactions and piece merges live. Rooms support 1 to 6 players, and there are no accounts or signups. You can also play solo, upload your own pictures, resume rooms, or share a finished puzzle as a challenge for someone to beat your time. One thing I spent a surprising amount of time on was making the multiplayer actually feel shared rather than like two browsers occasionally syncing state. I'd love feedback on two things: Does the multiplayer feel instant when you try it with someone?
