For follow up we are working on adding direct google gmail integration within the product. We are thinking of adding a messages tab like we have in social media apps that allow users to chat like whatsapp with prospects.
Can I upload my own list of target domains or is everything generated through Purplelink’s discovery engine?

Currently, everything is generated by our engine, but the use case you mentioned is interesting. We would love to work on it. Can you tell me a bit more about this use case, like in which situation, and from where will you be getting this initial domain list?
How does Purplelink ensure the accuracy of the contact information it gathers? Incorrect emails or generic inboxes can really hurt reply rates does it check for deliverability before sending out messages?

Thanks for the question, John, we check for deliverability using standard techniques like DMARC, Mxtoolbox blacklist check, etc periodically to update our contact list.
I’m definitely interested but a 30-second workflow raises a concern does the system provide any time for reviewing and editing contacts or emails, or is it entirely automated? Having some control would be comforting.

Hi Lily, thanks for the question and your interest in purplelink. Our system is a human-in-the-loop kind of AI system. It searches, finds contacts, and writes emails in 30 seconds. But the final email can be sent by a human and also edited before sending.
It would be super cool to have Gmail integration!
